How can I help?

The Jefferson Clemente Course is a very grassroots project, and we depend on fundraising, grants and individual donations to pay for tuition, books, childcare and transportation.  Because our community partners offer so much support — classroom, administrative support, copies and marketing, as well as free college credits from Bard College  – the funds we raise each year go directly to support the students and staff.  We like to say that all we need are students, books, a warm place to meet, a sandwich and a cup of coffee, but of course there is more to it than that.  We need money to pay for student’s transportation and childcare as well.  We need to pay our faculty and academic director.
